These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and nos138 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the nos138 online gaming platform accessible at https://nos138.click ("the Platform"), including all games, betting markets, promotions, customer support, and ancillary services offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account with nos138, you must meet and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform under a prior account.
• You are not employed by nos138, affiliated with nos138's technology suppliers, or in a household with someone who is.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme and are not subject to any court or regulatory order restricting gambling activity.

nos138 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or wagering privileges until verification is complete.

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, truthful, and current. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of your personal information throughout the duration of your account and to notify nos138 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers, deposits, and withdrawal requests — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, unless you have reported a security breach to our support team prior to such activity occurring.

• Passwords must meet nos138's minimum complexity requirements as displayed at the time of account creation.
• You should log out of your Account whenever you are not actively using the Platform, particularly on shared or public devices.
• nos138 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

nos138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including a copy of a Malaysian National Identity Card — MyKad — or equivalent government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification) before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate.

nos138 supports a range of MYR-denominated payment methods for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted via USDT TRC20. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions:

• All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered solely in the Account holder's name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method. These are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change.
• nos138 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nos138 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Account holder may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the nos138 Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Where a deposit was made using a bonus, the associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• nos138 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.

nos138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each individual promotion. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms.

• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable credit until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Each promotion will specify the eligible games and the contribution rate of those games toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots) may contribute at reduced rates or not at all.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus — and any winnings derived from it — that remains subject to an unfulfilled wagering requirement at the end of the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• nos138 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed, or to cancel a bonus already credited if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• A maximum winning limit may apply to certain bonus types. Where applicable, this limit will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one active welcome or deposit bonus may be held at a time unless expressly permitted by the applicable promotion.

All bets placed on the nos138 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game, market, or event in question. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and constitute part of this agreement.

• A bet is deemed confirmed once it has been accepted by the nos138 system and a bet confirmation is displayed. Verbal acceptance by a customer service agent does not constitute a valid bet.
• nos138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where an error in pricing, odds, or game configuration has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Account.
• Bets placed using an account that has been suspended, flagged for review, or subject to withdrawal restrictions may be voided at nos138's sole discretion.
• nos138's gaming outcomes — whether for slots, live dealer games, or RNG-based table games — are generated by independently certified random number generator software and are subject to regular third-party audits.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant governing body at the time of settlement. nos138 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• Maximum stake and payout limits may apply per game, market, or event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nos138 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with nos138.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such bugs must be reported to nos138 immediately.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction, or suspension measure that has been applied to your Account or any prior Account held by you.
• Using the Platform if you are below the age of 21.

All content displayed on the nos138 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game titles, graphics, logos, visual design, marketing copy, and data structures — is the proprietary property of nos138 or its duly licensed content and technology suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence, right, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to nos138 or its suppliers beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content, software, or data originating from the nos138 Platform without express prior written authorisation from nos138.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nos138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, lost data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if nos138 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nos138's aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• nos138 does not warrant that the Platform will be free of interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• nos138 is not responsible for any failures or delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Gambling involves financial risk. nos138 does not guarantee winnings and provides no assurance as to the outcome of any game or bet. You participate at your own risk.

nos138 is committed to the responsible collection, use, and protection of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• nos138 does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers or marketing organisations.
• All personal data and financial information is transmitted and stored with SSL/TLS encryption.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to nos138's legal retention obligations. Contact our support team to exercise these rights.

nos138 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be viewed as a method of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or recovering previous losses.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes immediate effect; an increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• A temporary cooling-off period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) may be self-applied at any time via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Players who self-exclude are prohibited from creating new accounts during the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent self-exclusion will result in the forfeiture of all funds held in the new account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any published update constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes — such as those affecting withdrawal rights, bonus conditions, or account eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, where practically feasible.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal operating policies of nos138.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, the application of a promotion, or any other aspect of your Account, you should contact nos138 customer support in the first instance. nos138 will investigate all complaints and endeavour to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by nos138. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause restricts your statutory consumer rights under the laws of Malaysia to the extent applicable.
